PARISH NURSES ORGANIZE BLOOD DRIVES

Many blood donors will never know the value of their self-sacrifice.  Giving blood can save so many  lives while taking less than an hour of a donor’s time,  in most cases.   Parish Nurses around the diocese  organize blood drives in their parishes. These nurses and their volunteers help to coordinate, organize, set-up and facilitate the blood drives in their communities. This is one of the ways the Parish Nurses in the Diocese of Camden support the health of their community.  VITALity  would like to recognize the following parish nurses for their time and dedication in this lifesaving outreach:  Susan M. Scully RN, MSN, CNORHoly Angels Parish, Diana Aumenta RNOur Lady of the Lakes Parish, and Kathy Benton M.Ed, BA, RN, CSNChrist the Redeemer Parish. Make sure to check your parish calendar for other life giving events from the Parish Nurses of the Diocese of Camden.
