This 2021 VITALity Annual Report recounts our 6th year in service to the people of South Jersey. Throughout theses six years we have continued to provide care, advocacy, and support through the charitable programs described in this report. Our services and programs are designed to assist those elderly who struggle with declining health and those with disabilities who face multiple life challenges each day.
