To request an interpreter for your Church / Parish / Event , please use the Online Interpreter Request Form below or Download the PDF form using the link below, fill in the information and email it to hugh.bradley@camdendiocese.org or print out a copy of the form, fill it out and mail it to: Reverend Hugh Bradley, VITALity Catholic Healthcare Services,631 Market Street, Camden, New Jersey, 08102.

Once an interpreter is confirmed, an Interpreter’s Confirmation Form will be emailed to the point of contact.
