At VITALity Catholic Healthcare Services, we minister in a variety of ways to support the whole person – body, mind, and spirit. Our dedicated staff brings a wide range of professional experience to serve older adults, individuals with disabilities and caregivers with compassion and respect. All staff members are Mental Health First Aid Certified.

Nicole Keefer, BSN, RN, serves as Executive Director of VITALity Catholic Healthcare Services.
Nicole oversees care coordination, senior programs, hospital chaplaincy, wellness care, and parish nursing programs across South Jersey. Her leadership journey from Manager in Health Education to Director of Parish Nursing and now Executive Director reflects a deep commitment to holistic, health education, and mission-driven leadership, including a variety of roles prior to joining VITALity in 2017. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Walden University. Rooted in her lifelong Catholic faith, Nicole views VITALity’s mission as both rare and beautiful: offering comfort, compassionate presence, and hope to those most vulnerable. Reverend Hugh Bradley serves as the Director of Ministry with the Deaf and Persons with Disabilities.
Fr. Bradley provides pastoral care, sacramental preparation, religious education, Catholic retreats for the Deaf, and Masses in American Sign Language (ASL) to ensure full participation in the life of the Church for all members. He works with parishes to create welcoming environments for individuals with special needs and their families through scheduled Welcome and Inclusion- Sensory Friendly Masses. He also provides advocacy for families seeking resources for loved ones into adulthood and organizes special events to foster socialization among families. Fr. Bradley holds a Master of Divinity from Christ the King Seminary and is the part-time Parochial Vicar at Saint Teresa of Calcutta Parish, Collingswood, NJ. Deacon Joseph Janocha serves as the Director of Hospital Chaplaincy.
Deacon Joe leads the team of associate chaplains and priest chaplains serving multiple hospital systems across South Jersey. He is also an Associate Chaplain at Jefferson Healthcare’s Cherry Hill and Stratford hospitals. Deacon Joe was ordained in the permanent diaconate in 2020 and transitioned into a career as a hospital chaplain. Prior to joining VITALity, he worked in the utility industry in the areas of engineering, quality assurance, finance, and regulatory affairs for over 30 years. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology. Deacon Joe feels privileged to lead a team of dedicated and compassionate chaplains that serve hospitals throughout the diocese. Christine Willard serves as Director of Senior Ministries and Marketing.
Christine manages the marketing, communications, and event planning initiatives for VITALity as well as serves as liaison across all six South Jersey counties, connecting older adults, individuals with disabilities, and caregivers to VITALity services and programs. She enjoys collaborating with parishes to develop vibrant social environments for seniors and delivering engaging presentations that enhance quality of life. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications, with a concentration in Public Relations, from Rowan University, and brings more than 25 years of experience in communications, marketing, business development, and community relations across faith-based education and health and wellness fields. Andrea McManus, BSN, RN, serves as Director of Parish Nursing and as a Care Coordinator.
As Director of Parish Nursing, Andrea oversees parish healthcare ministries throughout the Diocese of Camden, providing workshops, training, and resources to support faith-based initiatives. In her role as Care Coordinator, she ensures clients receive compassionate care, advocacy, and access to essential services. A graduate of Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, she began her career at Cooper University Hospital in Camden, building a strong foundation across several specialties. Andrea later expanded her work to include schools, health education, emergency response, clinical training, and program development. Sebastian Salas serves as the Office Manager for VITALity Catholic Healthcare Services.
Sebastian supports daily operations in communications, marketing, event planning, and logistics. He serves as the key point of contact for VITALity teams and external partners to ensure efficiency and excellence in compassionate outreach efforts. Sebastian brings his professional experience in effective strategic planning, organization and project management and holds a Bachelor of Science in Ecology from Pontifica Universidad Javeriana, Bogota’, Colombia. He finds it especially rewarding to collaborate with his colleagues to promote health and well-being in our communities and create meaningful connections for our those most vulnerable. Marie Wisniewski, BSN, RN, serves as Care Coordination Manager.
Marie manages, trains, and supports the team of Care Coordinators who serve VITALity clients across South Jersey. She diligently works to identify local and state health and well-being resources to ensure the evolving needs of the community are met. Marie has over 25 years of nursing experience across acute care, hospital settings, home care, hospice and leadership roles. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Holy Family University. Lakisha M. Holmes serves as our Care Coordination Call Center Supervisor.
Lakisha oversees daily operations for the Call Center, processes referrals, completes intakes, and assigns cases to care coordinators for follow up care. She brings her years of experience in customer relations, teams, leadership and delivering quality service to VITALity. As the front line for Care Coordination, Lakisha strives to be dependable, compassionate and trustworthy for every individual who calls the center. She is a graduate of Camden High School. Sharon Smeltzer, RN, serves as a Care Coordinator.
Sharon supports older adults and individuals with disabilities by connecting them to a wide range of health and well-being resources and assisting with applications for essential assistance programs. She brings extensive experience in compassionate nursing care, with a professional background that includes long-term care, case management, team leadership, and hospice nursing. Sharon earned her nursing degree from Our Lady of Lourdes School of Nursing in Camden. Enid Jjemba, BSN, RN, serves as a Care Coordinator.
Enid assists clients in identifying their needs and providing support for them with resources that best serve them. She helps VITALity clients complete applications and other necessary paperwork required to secure assistance. Enid has 15 years of nursing experience including bedside care, patient education, community home health care, and holistic treatment in acute settings. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from University of Cincinnati Ohio and a S.M.Q.T. Certification from the New Jersey Department of Heath for Medicare and Medicaid policies and regulations in Long-Term care facilities, hospitals, and laboratories. Fallon Beltran, RN, serves as a Care Coordinator.
Fallon advocates for clients helping them navigate the complexities of the healthcare system while providing resources, support and education to individuals and their families. She brings a broad range of experience to VITALity, including medical-surgical nursing and mental health charge nurse management. Her background includes patient education, facilitating therapeutic groups, and developing care and discharge plans. Fallon holds an Associate of Science in nursing from Rowan College and is currently pursuing her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Rowan University. She is passionate about building meaningful relationships with clients and easing the financial and emotional stress by connecting them to programs and resources that support their health and well-being needs. Jessica Lee serves as our Office Assistant.
Jessica is responsible for administrative duties, research, and event planning as well as a wide range of tasks that support all VITALity ministries. She brings years of experience in nonprofit administrative work along with a background in compliance. Jessica finds her contribution to VITALity’s mission of enhancing the quality and promoting the dignity of life for the elderly, persons with disabilities and their families brings her purpose, and aligns with her values and professional skill set.
