VITALITY ATTENDS MINISTRY FAIR

One Saturday, January 9, members of the VITALity Catholic Healthcare Team participated in a Ministry Fair, sponsored by the House of Charity and hosted by Our Lady of Hope parish in Blackwood.

Along with the other ministries of the diocese, VITALity members spent the day introducing the services available to individuals, through the VITALity network.  These services are a free and simple Gateway to help at home for seniors and persons with disabilities, and are funded through the House of Charity and the Healthcare Foundation of the Camden Diocese.

Pictured above are Director of Care Coordination and Consultation, Mimi Schaible, and Executive Director of VITALity, Deacon Jerry Jablonowski.  Also in attendance were Mary Anne Serra, Director of Parish Nursing; Father Sanjai Devis, Director of Hospital Chaplaincy and Stephen Ministries; and Father Hugh Bradley who represented the Ministry With the Deaf and the Ministry With Persons with Disabilities.

If you or someone you love needs care or help at home, or you have questions about the services and ministries of the VITALity network, call the VITALity Resource and Referral Help Line at 1-888-26VITALity (1-888-268-4825).  The Call Center operators are ready and prepared to provide information and access to Medical, Community, Parish and Diocesan Health Services.  They can arrange for Care Coordinators to visit you at your home or parish, and they can help you navigate the complex healthcare insurance and provider system.  VITALity Catholic Healthcare provides services throughout the  Camden Diocese and South Jersey area.
