In the midst of this Coronavirus crisis, know that our Diocese of Camden VITALity Catholic Healthcare Care Coordinators continue to serve our seniors and persons with disabilities throughout South Jersey in need. We have temporarily modified our approach to care in order to minimize the chances of transmittal and contraction of COVID-19 between our staff and our beloved elderly clients. Most encounters will be via telephone for information and for follow up of the resources that could be utilized to assist our clients. If specific paperwork or insurance applications are required we will use the US mail service as much as possible and /or front door/ porch pick-up and drop-off of paperwork for signatures, etc.
Please continue to call our Resource Help-Line at 1-888-26-VITALity (1-888-268-4825) if you have any concerns regarding your life situation as relates to your health and well-being of which we can be of assistance. Remember, if you are sick and concerned with exhibiting any signs or symptoms of the Coronavirus (fever, dry cough, shortness of breath) please contact your physician immediately and follow his or her advice as to proper care.
And please follow all the guidelines of strict “social distancing” and stay in your home.
May God bless you and may the Lord protect us all and see us through this crisis.
